Our Community

Welcome to Royal Hills Community Website.  We are a community of 134 single family homes located in Winter Haven, Florida. Our community is filled with great neighbors who seek to keep their neighborhood clean, safe and beautiful.

This website primarily geared towards our residents in order to keep them informed of news and information regarding our great community.

Royal Hills is a DEEDED COMMUNITY and is governed under the direction of a five-member panel of board of directors and a Property Manager, Diane Crowder of Garrison Property Services. Copies of the rules and regulations, should you not already have them, are available to read and/or download in the GET FORMS section.
