Schedule a bulk trash pickup

Bulk pickup is for household items too large to fit in your garbage container, like a couch, mattress, or refrigerator. It is by appointment only, and fees apply.

  1. Request your pickup from the city

Use Access Winter Haven, the city's online request form, which opens on seeclickfix.com, or call Solid Waste at (863) 291-5756. The city lists its current rates (opens in a new tab) by item.

Request a pickup online (opens in a new tab)

  2. Wait for your pickup date

Do not put anything at the curb until you have a pickup date, or you may receive a code violation.
