Get approval for an exterior change

Painting, window replacement, roofing, fencing, sheds, additions, and landscaping changes all need board approval before you start.

  1. Sign in to the Garrison owner portal

    First time? Choose Sign In, then Create Account, and enter your property information. Once your registration is confirmed, Garrison emails you a link to set your password. The portal's home page also has a short video on how to register.

  2. Submit your Architectural Review Application

    The portal calls this an ACC Request. Open ACC Request and submit your application. You can check its status there too.

  3. Wait for board approval

    Get approval before you start work or apply for a city building permit. Unapproved changes may result in fines, legal action, or required removal.
